Sporn Group founded by Lenny Sporn and Nortco Development. Together, with Managing Partner Francis Russo the team has incredible market knowledge, project marketing and ground up new development experience in the New York City real estate market.
Sporn Group is a full-service boutique real estate brokerage and family office in New York City. To date, the team has sold over $1 billion of real estate including new development projects with transactions in over 500 buildings and a presence across more than 40 neighborhoods with extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, investment sales, international clients and bulk condominium sales transactions.

Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Kimberly was exposed to the real estate business from a young age by her father, the owner of his own brokerage. After graduating with a communications degree from Marymount Manhattan College on the Upper East Side, Kimberly found her professional calling in residential real estate. She is entrepreneur-minded and thrives on the art of the deal. After two years with a top firm, she is happy to bring her knowledge and experience to SN Realty. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring all the wonderful attractions the city has to offer.
Lenny Sporn
Lenny has over 14 years of real estate experience and an impeccable reputation. Lenny achieved an incredibly fast and well-earned rise to success in real estate and held his place as a significant producer while leading a top 10 team in NYC for many years with over $1B in sales.
Upon first entering the business, he was the youngest agent to earn a spot on Douglas Elliman’s Top Ten Producers List for many consecutive years. Throughout Lenny’s storied career as an industry leader he led many notable sales in the high-end luxury market along with townhouses, development sites, bulk sales and large-scale investment sales. He also has an impressive record for listing and selling individual units along with buyer representation for his global clientele.
Lenny's passion for the business was inspired by his family’s real estate background in Europe. Lenny is known for his professionalism, trust, discretion and his vast network and relationships. Fluent in English, Hebrew and German. Lenny currently resides in The Upper West Side with his wife and three kids.
Francis Russo
Francis was a founding member, partner and significant producer on a top 10 team at Douglas Elliman for 12 years with over 1,000 closed transactions. Francis's impressive 19 years of real estate experience has encompassed real estate sales, development, pre-development planning, market research, consulting and project marketing from concept to completion.
Prior to entering real estate, Francis worked in apparel product creation in technical design, development and project management at Nike for six years in numerous roles, from MJ's Brand Jordan to ACG, their outdoor division. He also held various positions at a global apparel brand in marketing, R&D and as the national sales manager.
Francis has completed a certificate in Real Estate Development from NYU. His commitment to real estate involves a long-term vision of development, focusing on design and architecturally driven housing projects with value, layout efficiencies and environmental stewardship.
Nortco Development
Nortco Development is a privately held real estate development and investment firm based in New York City. Founded by Haim and Rony Nortman in 2013, Nortco has cultivated a reputation for creating innovative, best-in-class multifamily residential properties rooted in a deep personal respect for custom quality finishes and sustainable design.
